The LHY2000 hydraulic butt welding machine is designed for PE and PP pipes and fittings ranging from 1400mm to 2000mm. It features a hydraulic operation with pressure, time, and temperature control through a PLC system. The machine is equipped with an onboard data logger for easy monitoring and analysis.
With hydraulic open/close and locking of main clamps, this butt fusion welding machine ensures secure and efficient welding. The CNC tablet control allows precise adjustment of temperature, time, and pressure, with the capability to log over 10,000 data points.
Designed with excellent construction and engineering, the LHY 2000 is a premium machine suitable for welding applications in both worksites and factories.
