For added convenience, this butt fusion welding machine can be integrated with an optional data logger and overhead electric crane.

It utilizes electric energy to heat the coil, which in turn melts the material adjacent to it, creating an expansion pool in contact with the pipe surface. The machine features hot and cold areas, with precise control over their length. By electrifying the electric melting zone and heating up the electric heating wire, the machine melts the surface of the pipe and fittings, allowing for a seamless fusion.
