This hydraulic butt welding machine comes equipped with a mainframe, layer clamp for each diameter, heating plate bracket, facing tool, and heating plate. The PTEE coated heating plate, along with an adjustable digital temperature control knob, ensures precise operation with a surface temperature difference of ≤± 3 ºC. The machine is user-friendly and easy to operate.

 

Additionally, this China butt welding machine can be integrated with a data recorder to capture welding personnel and welding parameters data in real-time. For advanced functionality, a CNC automatic control system is also available as an option.
