Types of fusion 250 plastic pipe welder

1. Ultrasonic welding

Ultrasonic can be used not only to weld hard thermoplastics, but also to process fabrics and films. The welding head transfers the received vibration energy to the joint of the workpiece to be welded, where the vibration energy is converted into heat energy by friction, and the plastic is melted. 2. Hot gas plastic pipe welder

Hot gas welding is heated to the desired temperature by compressed air or inert gas (usually nitrogen) through the heater in the welding torch and sprayed on the plastic surface and strips, so that the two are melted and combined under low pressure.
